These terms govern your use of lemonadeos.io and related communications from Lemonade OS, operated by The Psychiatry Group PLLC ("Lemonade OS," "we"). Paid products and services are also governed by the order form or agreement you sign with us; if that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

1. Use of the site. You may use the site to learn about our products and contact us. Don't misuse it: no attempts to break, probe, or overload our systems, no unlawful use, and no submitting information you don't have the right to share.
2. Demo access. Demo links are private, work for a limited time, and are for your own evaluation. Don't share or resell them.
3. Text messages and calls. If you text or call us, or agree to receive texts, our SMS Terms apply.
4. Intellectual property. The site, our products, and their content belong to Lemonade OS or its licensors. You may not copy or reverse engineer them except as the law allows.
5. No warranty. The site is provided "as is." Example metrics and dashboards on the site are illustrations, not promised results.
6. Limitation of liability. To the extent the law allows, Lemonade OS is not liable for indirect or consequential damages from use of the site.
7. Privacy. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.
8. Governing law. California law governs these terms.
9. Changes. We may update these terms and will post the new version here.
