Privacy Policy

Lemonade OS ("Lemonade OS," "we," "us") is operated by The Psychiatry Group PLLC, based in California. This policy explains what information we collect through lemonadeos.io, our phone and text lines, and our products, and how we use it.

Information we collect

Information you give us: name, email address, organization, phone number, and any message you send through our website forms, by email, by phone, or by text message.
Communications: the content of texts, voicemails, and emails you send us, and records of calls and messages (dates, times, phone numbers).
Usage information: basic technical information your browser sends when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, and pages viewed.
Customer data in our products: information our customers collect using Lemonade OS products (for example, form submissions). We process that information on our customers' behalf and under our agreements with them. Healthcare forms are HIPAA compliant, and we sign Business Associate Agreements with healthcare customers.

How we use information

To respond to your requests, send demo links you ask for, and follow up on your inquiry.
To provide, secure, and improve our website and products.
To send text messages you have agreed to receive (see "Text messaging" below).
To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messaging (SMS)

If you text our business number or give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we use your number to reply to you about your request, such as answering questions, sending demo access information, and following up on your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help.

We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except service providers that help us deliver our messages.

How we share information

We share information only:

with service providers that host our systems, deliver email, texts, and calls, or otherwise help us operate, under obligations to protect it and use it only for our services;
when required by law, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users, customers, or the public;
in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.

Security and storage

Data is encrypted at rest and stored in US data centers on enterprise cloud infrastructure. We use access controls, audit logs, and automated backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Retention

We keep information as long as needed for the purposes above, then delete or de-identify it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

Your choices and rights

You can opt out of texts by replying STOP, and ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information by emailing hello@lemonadeos.io. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know, delete, and correct personal information and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new effective date.
