Yes. Every plan starts with HIPAA basics and can be customized to your practice, including your own policies. The number of custom policies depends on your plan.
How do employees get started?
An admin pastes in as many email addresses as the plan allows. Lemonade creates the accounts, sends invitations, and guides each employee through choosing a username and password.
Are training results reported to anyone outside our organization?
It's an internal training and onboarding tool. It doesn't automatically submit training results or internal compliance flags to any authority. Your organization's own legal obligations still apply.
What happens to our records if we cancel?
Employee information and training records are kept for as long as you subscribe. When you cancel, the supervisor on file automatically receives an email about your historical records. If a payment is missed, administrator login is disabled.
